Snookums Soothing Essentials is not responsible for lost/damaged packages.

If the wrong item was shipped to you, please email Snookums Soothing Essentials. 

Please send proof of your order, supporting information, and a pictures of the items that you received so that we may send you the correct item. 

You will have to ship your items to the return address to be eligible to receive your correct order. 

If returning incorrect order: Must be unopened and unused. We will not issue credit or replacement if the item is used, damaged, or resealed. The item holder must email pictures of proof through email.

Snookums Soothing Essentials is not responsible or liable for any allergies/injuries. Ingredients are listed within every product description. 

All products are produced under sanitized and clean conditions, and disinfected post-production.
